Bill Adams is a safety and security consultant who employs well-established skills and experiences to problem solve issues of concern to a wide range of clients. Bill excels in a team-based environment and enjoys working with and mentoring mid and senior level managers toward both personal and corporate goals. He will be a strong asset in the challenges and responsibilities emanating from any project proposal.
Bill’s 32 years of experience in law enforcement culminated in his appointment to the position of Director of the Serious and Organized Crime Intelligence Branch of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Canada’s national police service. Bill has front line experience in critical incident intervention and has managed all aspects of security and emergency management preparedness. Bill is a trained criminal investigator, project manager, intelligence analyst and program evaluator. These complimentary disciplines allow information collected from a variety of sources to be synthesized to form timely and relevant strategic intelligence and recommendations to senior management.
Bill’s past project successes are significant in that they required liaison and discussion with a wide stakeholder base. He has the demonstrated ability to problem solve critical issues by bringing together groups and individuals from both public and private sectors. Through this process he has always maintained a high level of credibility, ethics and accountability that are critical to security and emergency preparedness issues.
